The Rotating Clock (1/4)
Once upon a time, strange and wonderful stars existed across the galactic universe. The inhabitants of each star worked at sunrise and rested at sunset, following the rhythms of their star.
But the travelers of the stars felt like they were missing out because they’ve never met those who lived in the other stars. They dreamed of connecting the galactic universe together in a more efficient way.
The answer was the invention of a smart rotational clock: by equipping each star with the clock, its built-in neuron algorithm automatically resets the star’s rotation period to link other stars to the same rotation time.
Traveloggers
Far away in the Galaxy, a revolution led to a journey away from home. The Matterverse was born.
Traveloggers, with 1,500 digital avatars issued by Matters Lab, expand private ownership with collective creation by allowing each successive owner of the NFT to record a message. Owners of these avatars will have access to the most revolutionary experiments in Matterverse.
Matterverse was born from the co-creation of the Matters community. Since its founding in 2018, Matters has grown to more than 80,000 writers and is the largest creator community in the Web3 world.
In October 2021, over 100 members of the Matters community put their creative juices together by co-creating a serial origin story for Matterverse: what challenges did the galactic universe face? Why did Matterverse come into being? How can these people overcome their challenges and create a new paradigm? Where are we heading in the Matterverse? The story continues.
The Logbook
Traveloggers is the first NFT social media avatar that comes with a logbook for owners to write on blockchain.
Each Traveloggers avatar could claim an unique logbook, on which the owner can write and transfer it to the successive owners. They can collaborate on a novel, a journalism piece, a manifesto, or something to-be-defined.
Each Logbook is a minted NFT that can be traded directly on marketplace, a mutually beneficial collaboration between content creators and collectors.
While the first version of the Logbook were stored on the Ethereum Mainnet, Logbook 2.0 was launched on the Polygon.

FAQ
About Matters Lab
Matters Lab was established in 2018, with the mission to create a freer and fairer creator ecosystem through the next evolution of the Internet, Web3. Our initiatives include using decentralization tools to protect digital rights, design a self-governing system and community, and invent models for a new creator economy.
Matters.Town is the first entrance of Matters Lab. It is the largest open-source decentralized publishing platform in the Web3 world with 80,000 content creators. Traveloggers is the second entrance leading to a news creator economy model. We will be launching our third project, The Space, towards governing public space with radical market principles.
